In September 2021 we hosted our expert artisans and fundis at our Headquarters in Mikocheni B, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, and provided them with the necessary soft skills to help them in their professional activities. Furthermore, we showcased their office to them and spent some quality time with them, hearing them out and discussing the future of the company they are a part of.
Soft skills are a priority to our Fundis and Toolboksi in general because they help our fundis relate better with customers and prospects. Our fundis left our official office space equipped with critical knowledge on how to relate with customers, Dos and Don’ts, and most especially a Covid 19 prevention kit to help as they carry out Toolboksi and other related activities.
