In our mission of building the smart informal workforce-using Toolboksi Academy, we provide training to our fundis in soft skills, vocational specific tutorials, and digital skills which includes the introduction of new and smart technologies through various partnerships with our clients and other stakeholders.
This helps to solve the skills mismatch between available skills and the needs of the economy in the country.
